These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIAlternativeHub, governing your use of aialternativehub.com and all associated services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AIAlternativeHub provides a searchable database and comparison platform for AI tools, software alternatives, and open-source repositories. This includes tool listings, editorial evaluations, side-by-side comparisons, and user accounts for saving preferences.

All information is provided for informational purposes only. Tool listings do not constitute professional advice, endorsement, or commercial recommendation. Pricing and features change frequently — always verify with the vendor before purchasing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Account creation requires accurate information and secure credential management. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aialternativehub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We support email/password and OAuth via Google and GitHub. When you authenticate via OAuth, you authorize us to access certain profile information per that provider's permissions. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AIAlternativeHub's original content — editorial evaluations, comparison methodologies, design, branding, and software — is our intellectual property, protected under US and international law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Tool names, logos, and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply endorsement of AIAlternativeHub.

By submitting tool information, corrections, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

We may edit, reject, or remove submitted content at our discretion and are not obligated to publish, credit, or compensate you for submissions. We appreciate corrections — they help everyone.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically harvest content without prior written consent
• Submit false or misleading tool information
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or databases
• Use bots or scripts in ways that degrade service performance
• Violate applicable law or impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute malware or spam via any Service feature
• Circumvent access controls or paywalls

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

Paid features are available through subscription plans. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, process, or access your credit card information.

Subscriptions are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

The Service integrates with: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google and GitHub (authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Amazon Web Services (storage). These integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party practices or data handling. Links to third-party tools do not constitute endorsement.

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to hello@aialternativehub.com with: your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate.

We respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.

We make reasonable efforts to keep tool information current, but cannot guarantee accuracy at any given time. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Our total liability for any claims is limited to the greater of: the total amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100 USD.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@aialternativehub.com. Termination ends your right to access the Service immediately.

We may update these Terms. We'll indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, by notifying registered users via email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, in California. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
